COMMENTS The error indicates that you are trying to connect to a computer, where DeviceLock Enterprise-, or DeviceLock Content Security Server is not running (either not installed, or stopped). RECOMMENDATIONS DeviceLock Enterprise-, or DeviceLock Content Security Server must be installed and started, so DeviceLock Management Console can connect to it. Check if DeviceLock Enterprise-, or DeviceLock Content Security Server’s service (DLServer.exe/DLCSS.exe, respectively) are running on the computer you’re connecting to. You can inspect this by connecting to DeviceLock Enterprise-, or a DeviceLock Content Security Server computer with ‘services.msc’ snap-in and by checking the status of the service .
