External launching applications giving error 1030 Started by Thijs Michiels error 1030 , 16 January 2014 - 09:46 PM Login to Reply XenDesktop 7.1 Error 1030 1 reply to this topic Thijs Michiels Members #1 Thijs Michiels 1 posts Posted 16 January 2014 - 09:46 PM Hello, I'm using XenDesktop 7.1, Provisioning 7.1. We have currently 2 Windows Server 2008 R2 that are serving as the servers for our Desktop application. application log error We are using a Netscaler for externall access, login to the netscaler and autologin to the StoreFront all work fine, the apps appear in the webinterface but then the problems start. Internally everything works fine without any problems. Externally however the Desktop application fails eventually with the error 1030. We have tried everything in order to fix this but until now we haven't found any solution that works. For those who answer check: CTX135009, we already tried and didn't fix it. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this to work or has had similar problems that might help? I've looked through my training book and online guides many times and it seems like everything is configured like it should but still I can't launch any applications when I'm connected externally. Thanks. 1316-347010-1793125 Back to top Carl Stalhood CTP Member #2 Carl Stalhood 9,847 posts Posted 16 January 2014 - 10:39 PM Is your NetScaler Gateway configured according to http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX139963?
