Hi ! Is there a way on only log a particular kind of transactions in /var/log/messages ? I want to only log transactions to DST=192.168.1.100 on TCP Port 80. Right http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r10185338-Cisco-Card-response-from-IPSEC-terminator now I have to turn the log settings to High, in the UI to get this, but this a lot more junk in the /var/log/messages. Can I only turn on logging only for what I want ? From the CLI, script ? Also, if I run a script from the CLI in http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=10777&view=next&sid=32a79cd097e690dfa80bee18892f2301 the background using telnet, I cannot exit out of telnet , telnet just hangs on an exit. I'm using a Line One wireless router with just one laptop 'attached' to it. When I try to use my VPN client (AT&T net client V. 5.09.2) to tunnel through I get a loop from 'talking to VPN server' - negotiating encryption keys - authenticating with the VPN server' and then back round the same loop ad infinitum. The router has VPN capability but I think, from reading various things, that this is related to me creating a VPN at 'this end' so I've left the VPN option off currently as I don't think it's relevant to what I'm trying to achieve? (I've tried with it on and spent hours changing settings in the router but wasn't getting anywhere). I phoned F9 support who suggested asking the question here but also talked about assigning one of my four IP addresses (the third in the range) to the VPN client and doing nothing to the router. I've tried to do that but am not at all sure how to or what I'm doing really! Any pointers / advice
