It can no longer connect with the vpn application -- Connection attempt failed (error 118 No response from the VPN endpoint during authentication - this can occur if IP protocol error 118 no 50 (Ipsec ESP) or UDP 4500 is blocked. I can find lots of information for creating a vpn for the server - but nothing on VPN out. Disabled the firewall and still can't get out.
