takes a few minutes. Join Now Hello Guys, We have a problem with a specific microsoft fixit tool user. Everytime he opens Outlook 2010 he gets this error: "Microsoft Outlook can't translate this document. Microsoft Outlook cannot install the necessary files due to windows installer error 1605. The action is only valif for products that are currently installed." I had a similar issue with 32/64 2013. Installed 32, then decided 64 was better - same 1605 issue. Did you have any additional language packs installed with the x64 install for it? First, to be clear, you uninstalled ALL 32 bit Office versions and programs then reinstalled choosing 64 bit? As a note, you cannot intermix any 32 bit Office programs with 64 bit.
