was getting error "Error 1920. Service ‘Crystal Reports Cache Server'(BOBJCrystalReportsCacheServer) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services" so i have tried to install Business objects on different system https://prashantd.wordpress.com/category/server-application/business-objects/ but getting same error. Solution :- These error messages appear because of a new feature called Data Execution Prevention (DEP). DEP is a set of hardware and software technologies that perform additional checks on https://www.netiq.com/documentation///sentinel61/s61_install/data/bgn8xz3.html?view=print memory to help prevent malicious code from running on a system. To add services to the DEP feature so the services can run: Right-click ‘My Computer' and click ‘Properties'. Under the ‘Advanced' tab in error 1920 the ‘Performances' section, click ‘Settings'. Under the ‘Data Execution Prevention' tab click the ‘Add' button and specify the teh service file name along with Path Thanks Prashant Deshpande Leave a comment Filed under Business Objects, Operating System Search for: Recent Posts [Solved] No transaction is active message when accessing LinkedServer [Solved]: The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed windows2008 Replace text in multiple files UBUNTU error 1920 crystal usingsed The serverRuntime@appConcurrentrequestlimit [Solved] Database status InRecovery Recent Comments Rich Enroth on [SOLVED] Preparing to configur…Achille on [SOLVED] Preparing to configur…ray ban cats 5000 di… on [SOLVED] Preparing to configur…Colt Albrecht on [SOLVED] Preparing to configur…Samuel Fentahuen on [SOLVED] Preparing to configur… Archives September 2016 July 2016 June 2016 March 2016 February 2016 January 2016 September 2015 August 2015 June 2015 May 2015 March 2015 February 2015 January 2015 December 2014 October 2014 June 2014 February 2014 January 2014 November 2013 October 2013 September 2013 August 2013 June 2013 May 2013 March 2013 February 2013 January 2013 October 2012 September 2012 July 2012 May 2012 April 2012 March 2012 December 2011 November 2011 October 2011 September 2011 August 2011 July 2011 June 2011 May 2011 March 2011 January 2011 December 2010 November 2010 September 2010 August 2010 July 2010 June 2010 April 2010 March 2010 February 2010 January 2010 December 2009 November 2009 October 2009 September 2009 August 2009 July 2009 June 2009 Categories Active Directory Antivirus Backup Business Objects Database Server General IIS IT Support Operating System Server Application Server Infrastructure ServerMonitoring SQL Server Uncategorized Virtualization Web Farm Web/Application Server WSUS Meta Register Log in Entries RSS Comments RSS WordPress.com Prashant Desh
