#2036: Load Never Completed Note: These error codes are generated by the Flash player itself. For a list of error codes that error 2032 flash may be generated by the IMA Flash SDK, see the API error codes documentation. Error #2025: The supplied DisplayObject must be a child of the caller Description The application or component may be attempting to remove a error #2032 stream error DisplayObject or component but it cannot be located. All display objects such as MovieClip and Sprite inherit from the DisplayObject class and can be rendered on-screen with X and Y positioning. Cause Primary causes for this error: The addChild() function is called prior to unload() when moving the component to a different parent. The loader is declared as a global variable in the class and load() is called again after the first load.
How To Fix Error 2032
Resolution Check the following recommendations to fix the error: Implement unload() before addChild() prior to changing the component's status. Create a new instance of the object before calling it again. Since a display object has only one parent container, you can add an instance of a display object to one display object container. The stage is the top-level container, followed by display objects, and finally display object containers which can contain child dispay objects. Resolution Check the following recommendations to fix the error: Set allowScriptAccess to 'always' in the embed tag, especially if you are rendering companion ads on the HTML page. If you are running I.E., make sure that the embed tag is nested within the object tag and verify that the classid attri

The code beneath is a general http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1227839/how-to-resolve-adobe-flex-error-error-2036-load-never-completed starter, it'll probably need a bit more information before it actually works in flash/flex. swfLoaderInstance:SWFLoader = new SWFLoader(); swfLoaderInstance.source = "someSWFFile.swf"; swfLoaderInstance.addEventListener(IOErrorEvent.IO_ERROR, handleError); public function handleError(event:IOErrorEvent):void{ trace(event.target); //etc... } share|improve this answer answered Jan 27 '10 at 20:38 Timo 6112 add a comment| up vote 5 down vote accepted The problem was with mis-locating the SWF modules. Empty the cache, Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data, Clear saved Autofill form data Clear it from beginning of time. Then try to load the thing you want to. Legend widget loads fine. Looking through the other forums suggest this error is a result of an incorrect path or a file that no longer exists. I've tripled checked and the paths are correct and the files are available. Spelling of file names match. I'm using version 3.4 of the builder and the widgets are 'out of the box'. Header and map switcher widgets load fine and are fully functional. The data is hosted on our arcgis.com organization account, but all the layers load fine. The viewer runs on Windows Server 2008. Note: as I was writing this, I restarted the server and the now everything works fine, expect for on IE. I get the #2036 error before anything loads, whereas before, I was getting the error just when I tried loading the search or print widget.I appreciate any help!OutcomesVisibility: ArcGIS Viewer for Flex2346 ViewsLast modified on Aug 12, 2013 1:29 PMTags:applicationsContent tagged with applicationsflexContent tagged with flexThis content has been marked as final. I created a completely new application using the builder and it works fine in FireFox, fails to load in Chrome and IE. In Chrome I get text at the bottom that simply says "Error #2305"; in IE the text reads "Error #2306".Like • Show 0 Likes0 Actions dpaddock-esristaff Aug 13, 2013 1:48 PMCan you try using a tool like Fiddler or Charles Proxy to see what requests may be failing?Like • Show 0 Likes0 Actions jaybo684 Aug 13, 2013 2:46 PMEach time I load the page, I get different results so here's a summary what's generally happening when debugging the page:FirefoxWorks fine, every timeChromeError #2035 before page fully loadsGET request fails on assets/locale/en_US.swfRefresh the page a few times, randomly works fineClear cache, back to error #2035IEError #2036 before page fully loadsGET
