Error #2032 Flash Player
I use HTTPService class to make requests to the server: var http:HTTPService = new HTTPService(); http.method = 'POST'; http.url = hostUrl; http.resultFormat = 'e4x'; http.addEventListener(ResultEvent.RESULT, ...); http.addEventListener(FaultEvent.FAULT, ...); http.send(params); The application has Comet-architecture. So it makes long running requests. While waiting a response for this request, other requests can be made concurrently. The application works in most cases. But sometimes some clients get HTTP request error executing long running request: flash error 2032 faultCode:Server.Error.Request faultString:'HTTP request error' faultDetail:'Error: [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032"]. URL: http://example.com/ws' I think it depends on user's browser. As soon as I sent smaller ones it worked (without refresh, reload or anything). I do not know if there is a limit on client side or on web server side of the length of parameters you can send but definitely this causes the issue. url limitations may cause it share|improve this answer edited Nov 26 '12 at 8:44 S.L. This post appears similar to your situation. This post might help you find more debugging information which would be helpful. Which clients are affected? error 'Error #2032: Stream Error' Hi All, I am unable to open my flex web application in iTest. When I click 'Start' on new session, internal browser window opens. My web application loading starts and after some time error 'Error #2032: Stream Error. URL:/framework_4.0.0.5902.swz' comes. I have added iTestAutomationEnv.xml and iTestFlexWrapper.swf files into my web app server. 'Error #2032: Stream Error' comes because an swf try to access a file across a restricted domain. For that I added crossdomain.xml file in my web http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1491902/flex-http-request-error-2032 server. But it also didn't help. Also file 'framework_4.0.0.5902.swz' in error doesn't exist on web server. Flex version on which your application has developed. Have you enabled flex option under session properties of Web session. Make sure that you are specifying the correct URL i.e. URL with / slashes. Regards, Venkat chetanmw sandeepreddynv ♦ · Feb 13, 2014 at 09:41 AM 0 Share Hi Venkat, iTest version is: 4.1.3 Flex version : 4.5 Yes, I have enabled Flex option in Web session Yes, URL is specified correctly. I'm able to see my app for some time and then 'Error #2032: Stream Error. URL:/framework_4.0.0.5902.swz' error comes. Also I have tried another approach of building application with iTest's swc file. That also didn't work. -Chetan 2 Replies · Add your reply Sort: Best Answer Answer by lakshminarayana · Feb 18, 2014 at 09:56 PM Flex version 4.5 is supported from iTest v4.2. Please upgrade the iTest to the latest version i.e., iTest v4.3.1 and give a try. Comment People who like this Close 0 · Share 1

Flex Builder plugin. Win7x64. Adobe Air 2.5.I have a flex air project which contains 3 library projects included. The project uses one of the included libraries for managing HttpService calls to a Tomcat server. When I use "merge into code" option for building all projects there is no problem. I can both run in Adl and installed application (exe). HttpService calls works fine in both Adl and Air 2.5 runtime. When I use Rsl option for building all projects I can run-debug in Adl However when I run the installed version (I mean this time running the application not with adl, but with Flex Air 2.5.x version installed in win7x64) this time HttpService calls to the server gives ioerror (Error#2032).Some information I discovered (may not be related to the problem I stated above)When using rsl option, "use local RSLs when debugging" option makes the difference. If this option is false, Adl cannot run the application.I tried -use-network=true compiler option, but not sure if I did everything right while trying.Shortly I think I need some knowledge for working with RSLs. So, can anybody help me? I have the same question Show 0 Likes(0) 1466Views Tags: none (add)
