One thing to try, if you didn't. Is try to install it as a computer GPO not user. Could be worth a try. It's installing fine for most of my computers, but not for others, and for no apparent reason. I was wondering first, where is the best place to troubleshoot these problems? I can see some action and error messages in the c:\windows\windowsupdate.log file. Is there anywhere else to look? I have the correct Group Policy in place, and the certificates in the correct locations on the problem computers. Below is some of the errors showing up WindowsUpdate.log on a problem computer: 2012-02-2909:06:25:78621401470Handler:: START :: Handler: MSI Install 2012-02-2909:06:25:78621401470Handler::::::::: 2012-02-2909:06:25:78621401470Handler : Updates to install = 1 2012-02-2909:06:25:78621401470HandlerMSI update {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}.0 using source image from 1 CABs. 2012-02-2909:06:25:88021401470Handler : Batch installing 1 updates 2012-02-2909:06:25:88021401470HandlerList of MSPs in transaction: 2012-02-2909:06:25:88021401470HandlerList of Transforms in transaction: 2012-02-2909:06:25:88021401470HandlerMSI final command line: ALLUSERS=1 MSIRESTARTMANAGERCONTROL=Disable REBOOT=REALLYSUPPRESS 2012-02-2909:06:34:17921401470HandlerMSP Error List: 2012-02-2909:06:34:17921401470Handler1: 2753 2: InstallAX.exe 2012-02-2909:06:34:17921401470Handler : MSI transaction completed.
