They will be able to tell if eyeBeam is registering with the server/PBX. If you still have issues, please capture a wireshark trace of when eyeBeam registers, and save it as .pcap. Open a new ticket and attach the trace. Tickets will keep your data private. so this is my first time....Can someone PLEASE help me.... I have eyebeam version 1.5.7 powered by counterpath. I am only able to make calls with it http://forum.voxilla.com/threads/eyebeam-1-5-7-firewall-setting.20377/ when i have disabled all my firewalls from my pc.... whilst doing so, I get messages from the security suite i am using on my pc notifying me of the dangers of disabling the firewalls. When the firewalls are enable, and i try to make calls on the eyebeam, it reads : Registration error: 408 Request Timeout. And as soon as i disable the firewall, it error 503 registers and calls can be made. I have tried to contact Braintel about this problem and they said it would be fixed the next time i logged on my pc...but it still has not worked till now.
