Can I copy inetsrv folder from hub02 ? August 13th, 2010 12:00pm Hi, Try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem: Step 1 Create a new OWA virtual directory ============================= 1. On the hub01, Open exchange management shell, type: Remove-OwaVirtualDirectory -identity "owa (default web site)" 2. Then create a new OWA: New-OwaVirtualDirectory 3. Open Run, type iisreset to restart IIS related services. Step 2: Recycle Application pools ========================== 1. Open IIS, Expand to Application Pools, 2. Recycle all the Application pools such as DefaultAppPool, exchangeApplicationPool. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as A

Solved OWA Service Unavailable with HTTP Error 503 Posted on 2009-08-08 File Sharing Software SBS Exchange 1 Verified Solution 21 Comments 4,661 Views Last Modified: 2013-11-22 Having had a site up and running for only a week now on 2k8 SBS (running Exchange 2007) succesfully using OWA the customer decided to install a version of Autodesk's Vault software which caused OWA to stop working. I think the reason is the same as the problem I had a few years ago when the same person installed the same software on their old server which had 2k3 8 E2k3, and I managed to sort the problem then because the package they installed used a different version of ASP.NET and OWA changes it's version too in IIS. The problem now is that I cannot find my way around the new GUI's for System Manager and IIS7 to try and resolve the issue and in the mean time the customer cannot use OWA because of the HTTP Error 503. If this is true try to see what port use Autodesk's Vault and if is the same port like OWA try to change it! 0 Message Active 3 days ago Author Comment by:andrew_27062009-08-08 During the process of trying to resolve this I deleted the OWA directory in IIS as I seemed to remember that in 2k3 it recreated itself on restart - sadly this does not seem to work and I don't know whether this is now adding to the problem too. 0 LVL 6 Overall: Level 6 Excha
