This could mean (for new customers) that their profile has not been "built" yet, or it could mean (for old customers) that something has happened to corrupt or drop their previously good profile. The only cure is to contact BA support and raise a trouble ticket.I looked in the DSL FAQ under the Verizon topic. ---T»www.ravensoft.com»www.raven-games.com»www.5assedmonkey.com · actions · 2000-Dec-1 4:1

I would do the following just to make sure you are comparing apples to apples. Please confirm if this is EXACTLY what you have done, and if anything about this has changed, try the following exactly and note the result: On your main phone line, dial into your ISP and get a connection. Check your mail, surf, whatever if you must, but when you are done, disconnect. Once you have disconnected, disconnected the phone cable that is connecting your computer and the wall jack from the WALL JACK ONLY. Now, insert that cable into your new line's phone jack. At this point, the only difference between your connection a minute or so ago and now is that your computer is plugged into a different wall jack, which happens to be a different
