I don't have a home phone line so I tried to use directv.com, which did not work for the movie "Michael Clayton" The movie was successfully ordered according to the customer service rep, but when it came time for the movie to play, I kept getting a "Please check internet connection or phone line (733)" error.I then spent over 3 hours on the phone with the DTV Technical Support Reps doing everything from reordering the movie on a different channel to resetting my receiver.I have had directv at my hou

If your receiver is not connected, you can still order your movie or event online, via sms text message, or by phone.
