Please work through the following steps: 1. Go to 'Start' > 'Settings' > 'Control Panel'. 2. Open 'Folder Options' 3. Select the 'View' tab. 4. Select "Show hidden files and folders". 5. Make sure "Hide protected operating system files" is NOT selected. (In the warning message you receive, click 'Yes'.) 6. Click 'OK. 7. Close the Control Panel. 8. Rename the DRM folder to DRM.old. This can be found in the following location: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\ DRM 9. Close this window and open OverDrive Media Console.10. During individualization, the application contacts the Microsoft Individualization Service, which installs a security upgrade on your computer. The application sends the license request to the Windows Media License Service, which inspects the certificate of the application that is requesting the license.
