This https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/124036-grouped-horizontal-bar-chart-with-error-bars means I have a group of tree bars for each of the 6 depths (y-axis). I would like to add to each of the bars an (so 3x6 values) the error bar based on the standard deviation.I tried with the function herrorbar.m (file exchange), which gives me the error bars indeed for all 6 depths and each of the 3 treatments, but at 1 depth, the errorbars are all displayed at exactly the same spot on the y-axis, whereas the bars are situated on top of each other. This means that the errorbars all fall on the middle bar of the three. (see picture in attachment)Any ideas?Best regards Screen Shot 2014-04-01 at 17.44.18.png 0 Comments Show all comments Tags barhherrorbargrouped Products No products are associated with this question. Comment only 01 Jul 2014 Earle Earle (view profile) 0 files 0 downloads 0.0 Works well, but be aware that the function makes two plots: one for the error bars and another for the line that connects them. This means that errorbar_x will create two plot handles each time you call it. This will cause problems if you don't specify the proper handles in your legend entries. I also edited the function so that it outputs one handle instead of two. I did this by replacing the last few
