The latter is a relatively new blog aggregator but looks to have some interesting content. R-bloggers it quite well established and I was already an occasional reader. Looking at some recent content I noticed an interesting piece by Ben Bolker (author, among other things, of the excellent bbmle package in R) on dynamite plots. Until a few years ago (possibly in th

Unanswered question This question has not been answered yet. Hello, i https://community.jmp.com/thread/8186 worked with spss 15.0. And with this version I could do interactive graph (bars). In this graph I select errors bars only up. Now I'm working with spss error bars 20.0. and with this new version i can't put the errors bars only up. (I can put it in both sense). And, i can't find "interactive graph". Thank you very much Greetings from Spain SystemAdmin 110000D4XK 266 Posts Re: How to create error bars only up 2012-11-16T14:08:26Z This is the accepted answer. This is the error bars with accepted answer. The IGRAPH dialog boxes were removed in V16 as IGRAPH is deprecated, but the syntax is still available. However, the DIRECTION keyword for the ERRORBAR subcommand is not supported anymore. I don't know of a direct way to get a one-sided error bar, but you might be able to put something together using a high-low chart. Show 1 reply Re: One-sided error bars mpb Jan 4, 2010 3:52 PM (in response to AdrianMattocks) I'm not aware of any way to have JMP put out one-sided error bars in Chart. One possible workaround would be to make the bars be black, obscuring the lower part of the error bar, and specifying the appropriate error bar when requesting them. For example, if you want a 95% upper confidence limit then specify 90% for the 2 sided limit. You will also have to remove the statement which will refer to (in this case) the 95% confidence limits.
