them immediately throws the error. Transfer belt is brand new, DC controller was replaced. All the connectors look good. Marked belt and it http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/posts/28724 actually turns. Information from customer is that just before the problem it had an exit jam and they replaced the magenta cartridge. Based on that, we replaced the magenta cartridge also as a wild card since nothing else worked. What to do, what to do? Respond to this 0 Is it possible the fuser exit flag is broken or dislodged?Being that the jam occurred just prior it might be error hp worth removing the fuser and looking at the exit flag assy.Just my hunches as this error doesn't indicate this but based on the info might be the cause.Bill by theprinterman on Apr 22, 2005 at 4:01pm Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 After we tried the things that are supposed to cause the error, we then went out in left field and removed the fuser, checked error hp 9050 that and replaced the magenta cartridge. Both of those based on the customer supplied info. We all know how reliable that is. We're going to tear it down, blow it out and inspect it. Fixed a lot of problems by blowing the printers out, hopefully this will be one of them, although I doubt it. The other stuff was done on site and we just got it into the shop today. by moe on Apr 22, 2005 at 4:07pm Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 Moe you say the transfer belt is new. Did the error occur before the replacment of the belt. The reason I ask is that the 59.9 error is a ETB motor startup error. Anyway I will email you the sheet from the manaul which you probably have. Email me if you can not solve the issue and I will use my sources at HP to see if I can get you any additional info. by dmzcompute on Apr 22, 2005 at 10:39pm Add comment Please sign in to comment Please sign in to comment HP Color LaserJet 4600 Buy discount ink Buy this printer More HP questions © Copyright 2011-2016, FixYourOwnPrinter.com, Inc.
