I am also able to use it now after creating a bbbmeeting content (node). However, I am confused about the following: 1. How to start a meeting? 2. How to specify the start and end time of the meeting? For item 1, when I am on my bbbmeeting node page, I see options for "attend meeting, moderate meeting and terminate meeting". But I do not see the option to start the meeting. And if I click on the attend meeting button, then it tries to connect to my server and shows connection not established error in the bbb view area. In this case, I also see the message "Status: meeting is not running" in my bbbmeeting content/node page as well as in the bbb meeting details block. What I observed is that if I open a separate browser tab and just enter my bbb url, then bbb demo page comes up. If I go back to my drupalsite and now try to attend the meeting everything works. So it seems when I open bbb url in a separate browser it kind of starts a meeting and then I am able to attend the meeting by clicking on "attend meeting". However this is not a practical solution as I want to start a meeting from my drupal website. Also, users who are remote have no access to my bbb server which is running locally. So there is no way they can access this url even for testing purpose. I am kind of stuck here. So
