After booting in safe mode and running Maleware Bytes , Spybot S&D, and Dr Web Cure It, I cant seem to get it back to normal. When I try to run SD Fix it says Cannot load VDM IPX/SPX support but finishes the scan, although when it trys to reboot to finish the scan it cant because its not in safe mode and crashes partway through. Spybot and the other programs come up clean when I run a scan. DrWeb Cure It found issues and removed most of them except for - installer.exe\data005 and A0106957\data005 - it says cannot delete Write ProtectedThe blue screen reads STOP : c000021a {Fatal System Error}The Windows Subsystem system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x7c9106c3 0x0052ed04)The system has shutdown.Beginning dump of physical memory Physical memory dump complete.Contact your system admin or tech support for further assistance. This is the Dr Web report :SDFix.exe\SDFix\apps\Process.exe;C:\Documents and Settings\Ag\Desktop\
