task console. Symptom The following error messages are displayed on the CommonStore for Lotus Domino task console: The requester receives: CSS7242E: Error while processing job: Cannot send mail to user 'CN=user1/O=ibm'. Reason: File does not exist. Reason: File does not exist. Cause The "File does not lotus notes 9 file does not exist exist" error occurs because the CommonStore for Lotus Domino task cannot locate the user's mailbox or the job requester's mailbox. This error can result in the following situations: The CommonStore for Lotus Domino user's mailbox does not exist. The job requester's mailbox does not exist. Both the job requester's mailbox and the CommonStore for Lotus Domino user's mailbox exist, but they cannot be located. Resolving the problem If you receive this error, check the following: Make sure that the name and address book (NAB) used by CommonStore for Lotus Domino contains a location document that specifies the existing mail server and mailbox. Make sure that the location entry in the CommonStore for Lotus Domino user's notes.ini (csld.ini) file exists and specifies the current location. In other words, you need to set the value for the Location entry in the csld.ini file to the same value in the notes.ini file. Make sure that the csld.ini file includes valid entries for MailServer and MailFile that point to an existing mailbox. Make sure that the mailbox of the job requester also exists. "Field:'Logo': File does not exist" "The server with this database is no longer responding. Should the client switch to a replica on another server?" These errors only happen http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21289941 in the local replica. If we immediately switch to the server copy, there are no errors. This has been reported on Notes for Mac and Windows. ---------------------- Originally this was reported as a random occurrence, but now seems reproduced when the local mail files is left open in the client over night, perhaps for days, while the http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1LO59369 server is rebooted. It also appears to be related to SPRs: MLAT7U5H2K and JTHN7YJKVA After restarting the client, the local mail file opens and works with no errors. Local fix Restart the client.
