I've check out HP's website for help, but what they gave me didn't work. The website that I hp printer assistant read was (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&cc=us&docname=c00043804&dlc=en&product=90787&lang=en&printable=no&encodeUrl=true&). This website explains the exact error I'm having, but the solution doesn't work.2) One of the same computer and another computer, I get a script error that says: "Internet Explorer Script Error: An error has occurred in the script on this page. file:///C:/Program%20Files/Hewlett-Packard/Digital%20Imaging/bbfe/scan/scan.htm" Again HP's website gives me a solution, but if I can't get the HP Director program to work, then this solution is useless too.3) And still another scanner, separate from the previously mentioned machines, is reporting other errors, when I attempt to scan an image using the HP Scanning software. First it says, "Internet Explorer Script Error: An error has occurred in the script on this page. mk:@MSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\Hewlett-Packard\Precisionscan%20Pro203.1\gtf.chm::/guidedtf.htm" Then after that it displays an ActiveX error "ActiveX component can't create object: 'Chassis.ChassisHelpObject' "and has the same URL as the previous error.4)Lastly, a different scanner is not functioning properly, but the software seems fine (I think.). When I attempt to scan something using HP Imaging, the scanner works sometimes. Other times, it only partially scans. And still other times, it doesn't do anything at all. What's up with this?I have not had any problems with HP at all, they are a very good company that I prefer to purchase from. However, these recent errors are quite a nuisance
