Hi, I'm pretty sure ever since I connected ADSL at home I cannot access my hotmail account. I always receive the error message: HTTP Error 408 / 409. I can access the hotmail main page, but the error message appears after I enter my username and password. I contacted my ISP who took me through a number of settings in the 'Tools', 'Internet Options' menu, as well as https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/319378 turning off my anti-virus and firewall programs. Still cannot access the site? I can access it however, using a laptop connected wirelessly through a router (connected to the same ADSL connection). Can you help? Many thanks jolindz View Public Profile Find all posts by jolindz #2 June 16th, 2006, 12:46 AM Rainbow32 Banned Join Date: Jul 2003 Posts: 5,225 Leo has some suggestions. http://ask-leo.com/how_do_i_resolve_..._problems.html If your using MSN Hotmail. http://ask-leo.com/how_do_i_resolve_..._problems.html Rainbow32 View Public Profile Find all posts by Rainbow32 #3 September http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=121129 2nd, 2007, 09:29 AM ks_khera New Member Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 2 When i try to connect Hot mail in box than shows messaage HTTP error 408/409 and does not go to inbox but MSN messaners opens and i can chat on it. ks_khera View Public Profile Find all posts by ks_khera #4 September 2nd, 2007, 09:37 AM ks_khera New Member Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 2 Problem of hotmail inbox Quote: Originally Posted by ks_khera When i try to connect Hot mail in box than shows messaage HTTP error 408/409 and does not go to inbox but MSN messaners opens and i can chat on it. ks_khera View Public Profile Find all posts by ks_khera Bookmarks Digg del.icio.us StumbleUpon Google « Previous Topic | Next Topic » Topic Tools Show Printable Version Email this Page Posting Rules You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts BB code is On Smilies are On [IMG] code is On HTML code is Off Forum Rules Forum Jump My Control Panel Private Messages Subscriptions Who's Online Search Forums Forums Home Operating Systems Windows 10 Windows 8 Windows 7 Windows Vista Windows XP Older Windows Versions Windows 95 Windows 98 Windows ME Windows NT, 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012 Linux Macinto
