Perform a hard reset by removing the battery from the BlackBerry smartphone and then reinserting the battery into the BlackBerry smartphone. On the BlackBerry smartphone, go to Options > Advanced Options and from the Host Routing Table, press the menu key to select Register Now. Cause 2 The BlackBerry smartphone is not provisioned for BlackBerry Internet Browsing Service. Resolution 2 Contact the wireless service provider and have the BlackBerry Internet Browsing Service added to the BlackBerry smartphone account. Cause 3 An unlocked BlackBerry smartphone is being used on a wireless service provider network other than its intended origin.
