If you've ever received an error message, you're likely interested in deciphering what HTTP status codes mean. Simply put, these are the codes that the Web server uses to communicate with the Web browser or user agent. They are messages that the server returns when processing a request for a Web document. The Importance of HTTP http 422 Status CodesSo, why is it important to understand HTTP status codes? If you can tell them apart, then you will be able to control your Web server with a higher degree of accuracy and effectiveness. (For example, if a proxy adds a "Expect: 100-continue" field when it forwards a request, then it need not forward the corresponding 100 (Continue) response(s).) 10.1.1 100 Continue The client SHOULD continue with its request. This interim response is used to inform the client that the http error 200 initial part of the request has been received and has not yet been rejected by the server.
