Going into a form and clicking programming interface it gives me errorInfoPath cannot add the event handler . To work with Visual Basic or C# code, Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Applications (VSTA) is required. The Microsft .Net Framework2.0 and Microsoft Core XML 6.0 must be installedprior to installing VSTA When I go into VB I can see and use the Office 2005 add-ins. InfoPath cannot add the event handler Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer... Reply Contact Yes, I installed VSTA (part of SDK development kit). I also re-installed .Net 2005, re-installed Office 2007, re-installed VSTA and re-installed VSTO. Still it gives me the same error. Even going through VB it cannot open an InfoPath form. Is there a way I can see settings or pin=point what is going on??? 02-20-2008 05:35 AM In reply to wildguixe Joined on 02-06-2008 Posts

comes because you have missed to install Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Application (VSTA). To add VSTA to Microsoft Office, follow the steps.1.Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features.2. Select Microsoft office version and click Change. You will get a screen like this.3. Select Add or Remove Features and Continue.4. Expand Microsoft InfoPath, .Net Programmability support. Under Visual Studio Tools for Application select http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/2893/11188.aspx Run From My Computer and Continue. See the screen. Once you followed the steps you will be able to add managed code in InfoPath 2010. :-) Posted by mohamed akbar at 5:26 PM 1 comment: ctApril 10, 2012 at 3:02 PMThis solve my problem.
