When I try to run this msi, I get the following error: Error 2602: The File table entry 'enterprisesec.config.cch2' has no associated entry in the Media table. MSI (s) (54:8C) [12:03:15:994]: Product: TotaleReceipts -- Internal Error 2602. File, enterprisesec.config.cch2 I checked the Media table and it is empty. I checked the wise source path for the file and it is correct. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem? I don't know if I need to populate the Media table with anything (and how to do this?) or what else to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm using setupcapture to take the before/after snapshots (which results in mo media table entry). When I tried to use Wise Package Studio, the media table is populated with an entry so it seems there's something that setupcapture is not capturing. This is an installshield app so I might just go with the setup.iss answer file instead of try

"The [2] table entry '[3]' has not associated entry in the Media table". Probably the easiest way to debug this is to run MSI Validation on the package. You can do this using the Build | Validate from the InstallShield IDE or use ORCA. This should point you in the right direction. Open the msi file of your setup which can be found in the "Disk1"folder, using the IS Developer. Here should be as much entries as much Disk are being created for your installation. For this count the "Disk*" folders created in release location, If the entries are less then number of folders created then create entries manually. For more information on creating entries in this table please see topic "Media Table" in the "MSI Help Library". Reply With Quote Quick Navigation InstallShield Developer 7 Top Site Areas Sett
