Anyone has any hint on how to investigate this Generic Error ? The customer is on SalesLogix 8.0 Update 10, Web Core Update 05 and Web Model update 04. I had a problem with the IntelliSync that came with Web Core 05, and was told by SLX Support team to use IntelliSync that came with Web Core 02. I removed the PushSyncData and Sage folders form the User Profile and Reinstalled IntelliSync, and still getting the error.
