I am using QuickBooks Accountant Desktop 2015 V25.0D R6 operating on Windows 8. When attempting a backup it forces me to rebuild my data. This file was converted from https://community.intuit.com/questions/799898-update-error-15240 QuickBooks Online to Accountant 2015. My client now uses QuickBooks Pro 2015 The update for Essentials/New Features/Maintenance releases/Accountant/Data Protect shows the status as error #15240. Service Profiles show error 15311 and Critical Fixes shows a status of install pending.
