Here is a specific file that is not working for me: http://awes0.me/hjkl-center.png var fs = require( 'fs' ); var Zip = require( 'adm-zip' ); var zip = new Zip(); zip.addLocalFile( '/path/to/file.png' ); zip.extra

using amfetchdump to obtain the zip file then using ZipReader to extract and it all works fine. Now we need to do a fairly urgent restore and it isn't working! amfetchdump works fine and produces a zip file 24GB in size which is exactly what I expect. The zip file contains a single 100GB-110GB file and when it has extracted just under 10G it reports the following (I'm running ZipReader using wine on the backup server but we have the same problem running it natively on Windows): [24/08/2009 10:07:27] Loading Z:\mnt\amanda-storage\samba-restores\HOST.E__SQLBACKUP.20090807010001.1 0 errors/warnings [24/08/2009 10:07:27] Finished. I've tried doing restores at other points in time and get the same problem so it looks like we don't have functional backups for that host at all. Any ideas anyone??? Thanks, Peter. peter_spikingsAugust 25th, 2009, 01:29 AMBump Any suggestions at all would be appreciated. I've tried a zip repair program that supports Zip64 but had no luck there either. peter_spikingsAugust 25th, 2009, 03:26 AMThis is very urgent now, is there any way I can pay for support on this? gokulAugust 25th, 2009, 05:20 AMWas the backup compressed ? Did you try using WinZip/ PkZip to extract ? peter_spikingsAugust 25th, 2009, 05:24 AMHi, Thanks for replying, yes we tried pkzip to no avail, we'll try WinZip now. Thanks, Peter peter_spikingsAugust 25th, 2009, 05:24 AMWhoops..... yes the backup was compressed by the Windows client. Thanks, Peter. peter_spikingsAugust 25th, 2009, 07:07 AMHi, We tried WinZip 12.1 and got: Error: Invalid compressed data to expand (inflate) the file Again this happened after the first 10GB was extracted.
