Desinstalar el itunes del pc y volverlo a instalar, pero sin conectar el ipod. 2. tomar otro ipod shuffle 1 o 2 en perfectas condiciones, mirarlo por el explorador, es decir mi pc para los usuarios de windows y copiar la carpeta ipod_control y guardarla en mis documentos o en otra carpeta. 3. retirar el ipod prestado, conectar el ipod dañado y formatearlo desde mi pc.La idea es que quede como una unidad de almacenamiento de datos. 4. llevar la carpeta ipod_control al ipod por medio de cortar o copiar y pegar. 5. abrir itunes y esperar a que itu
