This discussion is locked ANehila Level 1 (0 points) Q: unknown error (-3221) I just installed 8.02 and I can listen to my itunes library, but I can't get into the Store. It says: "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. An unknown error occurred (-3221). Make sure your network connection is active and try again. I can get on the internet so I can't figure out why the Store is not working. Any help with this is much appreciated. Also, if I uninstall iTunes and reinstall it, will my library still be intact or will I have to start over and reinstall all my music? Thanks for your help. If it does, you need to re-configure your firewall to allow the new version of iTunes access to the internet. The simplest way of doing this in norton is to go to the Programs section of the firewall configuration and delete the entry for iTunes. Then make a new one with "permit all".If that's not it, post the results of your network connectivity tests.iTunes Help>>Run Diagnostics>>Network connectivity tests.Paste the entire result into you next post.
