Just follow these steps because it works for me. I am not sure if it's going to work for you, but you should try:Open iTunes.On Mac OS X: itunes an unknown error occurred (-50) From the iTunes menu, choose Preferences.On Windows PC: From the Edit menu, choose Preferences.Click the Parental Controls tab.Place a checkmark next to the option to disable the iTunes Store, and next to the option to Allow access to iTunes UClick OK.Open iTunes preferences again.Choose the Parental Controls tab.Remove the checkmark next to the option to disable the iTunes Store.Click OK.Test the issue.If resolved, it is possible the issue may return in the future. While it's playing go back & click on the buy button for that song. This happens to me sometimes and this is what I do & the song will go into the shopping cart.
