Additional information The QuickBooks Database Server Manager will still scan and create the Network Data file (ND), but it will not be configured correctly. The ND file is in the same location as the data file and tells the other computers on the network where the file is located. To view the ND File: Right-click on the ND file then click Open. Click on Choose a program from a list, select Notepad from the list, and click OK. If the ND is configured correctly it should look like this: ServerIp=xxx.xx.xx.xxx (Server IP) EngineName=QB_(ServerName)_18 ServerPort=101xx (Port number changes depending on version) FilePath=C:\Users\Public\Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files\CompanyName.QBW ServerMode=1 FileConnectionGuid= If the ND is not configured correctly it should look like this: EngineName=QB_data_engine_19 FilePath=C:\Users\Public\Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files\CompanyName.QBW ServerMode=2 FileConnectionGuid= Note: When the ND file is not configured correctly to host, it will show in server mode 2. I have a bizhub c454e with a repeating error code c-6401. The machine is new with only 14k prints on it, http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/konica-minolta/99459-bizhub-c454e-c-6104-error-code.html also running the latest firmware k2 with 6.05m. Originally the problem was started on a jam in the ADF which was cleared and I've found no trace of paper in the ADF. Has anyone else had this problem? All help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
