Almost for sure it's the doctor blade. My advice is using original ones, or search for cartridges re-manufactured by someone who really knows how to do it properly.But to make sure that it's that tell me wich printer you have. - unknown The white lines are on your PH unit. Open your machinetake out the drum unit. Directly behind the toner carrieris your ph unit.
