Hello my name is AndyTravis is correct in the description.Can I just add for your reference that the fuser is a high voltage area.They have fuses in them to prevent overheating and possible fire damage.Unless you are a trained technician I really would not go resetting the machine yourself when dealing with the high voltage part of any machine.All the bestAndy Ask Your Own
