In our case, after opening a case with Dell support, we had the motherboard and dell 2950 e1422 cpu machine chk CPU2 (it was also CPU2 the one with problems!) replaced. Since then, the problem has not appeared anymore, but we experience some cpu 2 machine check error detected dell infrequent kernel panics under CPU-intensive load (simulations using all cores). I suspect that the panics might be something related to the original problem, but to be honest I'm not sure about it. By the way, the CPU2

Also, do you have the AMD processor installed? If so then updating the BIOS and ESM/Drac should resolve the issue. The current version is 2.1.3, but if you are behind you don't want to jump to the most current. You https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/411109-dell-power-edge-r415-e1422-error will want to walk the updates up. This is the link to the R415's BIOS update, if you click on previous versions it will give you links to each of the prior updates. Now you will have to reboot after each update, so you cant just go in and run them all. Now with the updates, use the "Hard Drive" or "Non-Packaged" version for the USB 0 This discussion has been inactive for over a year.
