These errors have been driving me nuts, and nothing I tried (clearing the cache, deleting the meeting, etc.) worked…until I followed your suggestion to permanently delete all of the meeting invitations from my Trash folder. –user141875 Aug 17 '15 at 14:39 add a comment| 3 Answers 3 active oldest votes up vote 12 down vote It turns out that these meetings were still on the hard drive. I went to Finder, searched on the title of the meetings (which was in the Error message itself), and simply deleted the files in question. They were kind of "grayed out", which led me to believe they were either owned by another user or had failed to get deleted correctly. share|improve this answer edited Jul 11 '15 at 1:51 Ricardo 1659 answered Oct 16 '14 at 3:11 The Camster 304127 Thanks for the solution. I have problems with Outlook for Mac at my company. The computers are both runnning the latest version of Outlook for Mac and both computers get synchronization error messages claiming that the client cannot synchronize the email. (Followed by the email title). Please note microsoft outlook that this only happens to these two computers while all other Mac Airs functions well. The first computer can both send and receive messages without trouble (He still gets the mail). I've checked the logs of the exchange server but no alerts or warnings has been issued from this client. I've also checked his settings on the exchange server but everything was in order. The user claims that microsoft outlook error this has been going on for about a year. The second computer, however, can receive emails but CANNOT send mail. This computer hasn't generated any warnings or alerts on the server side either. And its settings are correct. I also tried to re-establish the account on a different machine and I got the same error messages. The mail-account works splendid in Outlook on a Windows 7 machine. I've searched the web for something similar to these two problems but I have so far turned up nothing. Does anyone here ever encountered something similar or knows of a way to fix these problems? I'll try to get a picture of the error logs as soon as possible. EDIT : The second computers Outlook worked until recently and according to the user the problem came "out of nowhere". EDIT : Forgot that the error logs will be in Swedish. I'll post the messages if you want to but otherwise I'll just translate the error messages into english. Error message example.
