I've set up all the nodes but when I then attempt to add materials, i get the following error: Source: Microsoft VBScript runtime error Error: path not found Line: 27 Char: 1 Code: Any thoughts as http://diva4rhino.com/forum/topics/vbscript-runtime-error-path-not-found to what the issue is? Alstan Jakubiec on January 7, 2015 at 9:42am Hi Zach and Clare, This error usually means that the local materials file has not microsoft vbscript been created. It should be when you run the 'Location' command, so perhaps try re-running the command. If that doesn't help, let me know. Best, Alstan ▶ Reply Permalink Reply by Zach Capehart on January 7, 2015 at 5:42pm Thanks Alstan, I'll give that a shot. I moved on to a different building model and was eventually able to get everything worked out and run a successful simulation. I'll be running a few more this weekend, including on the model I microsoft vbscript runtime received the error with, so hopefully your suggestion will solve the issue. I'll let you know. Cheers, Zach ▶ Reply Permalink Reply by Zach Capehart on January 10, 2015 at 3:29pm It looks like that was the issue. Thanks very much Alstan. Have you had much luck running grid-based simulations in tandem? I was hoping to split up a model and run things in multiple rhino sessions but ran into another error. Type mismatch, line 125. ▶ Reply Permalink Reply by J. Alstan Jakubiec on January 12, 2015 at 7:35pm Hi Zach, It is possible to do so, but you have to keep two things in mind: 1. After renaming the Rhino file, re-run the 'Location' command to setup a new temporary files directory. 2. Make sure that the filenames are unique BEFORE the first space. For example 'Test 01.3dm' and 'Test 02.3dm' will both try to write to a folder called 'Test'. If the names are 'Test01.3dm' and 'Test02.3dm', both will get their own temporary directories and you should have no issues. Basically, I have a java application which, when run with an email address as an argument, would output "1" for spam and "0" for non-spam. Here's the VBScript code I'm trying out: Code: Select allSub OnDeliverMessage(oMessage)
'the From address in the email message
Dim from_addr
from_addr = oMessage.FromAddress
Dim objShell
Dim objExecObject
Dim strLine
Set objShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
Set objExecObject = objShell.Exec("cmd /c java project.Main " & from_addr)
strLine = objExecObject.StdOut.ReadLine()
If strLine = 1 Then
Result.Value = 0
Else
Result.Message = "Message has low clustering coefficient."
Result.Value = 1
MsgBox "This is a test!"
End If
objShell = nothing
End Sub And the error I'm getting in the log file is: "ERROR" 2112 "2007-12-18 19:01:39.953" "Script Error: Source: Microsoft VBScript runtime error - Error: 800A01A8 - Description: Object required: 'WScript' - Line: 19 Column: 1 - Code: (null)" What might be the problem?
