I am suspecting that this happens because the time values differ little from each other, in same cases even 10^(-7) or 10^(-8) . I am plotting a matrix of values on a polar plot, as the rows of my matrix A are frequencies and the columns are directions. if my vector http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/newsreader/view_thread/314752 of frequencies is [ 0.1 0.2 0.3 0.4] for example, the automatic Xticks and Yticks on the polar plot generated are [-0.4 -0.3 -0.2 -0.1 0 0.1 0.2 0.3 0.4], which is of course wrong, it should be [0.4 0.3 0.2 0.1 0 0.1 0.2 0.3 0.4] (same but without the "-"). I have tried to write: set(myaxes,'YTick',abs(get(myaxes,'YTick'))); but it sends me the following error: ??? I am running a model on simulink using must be data from workspace thanks to block from "simin". My problem is that when i configure a look up table 1D and test my model i got this message. Parameter values of InputValues in 'test_GGKR/messf/MAP_ONE' must be monotonically increasing after conversion to its run-time data type. It's due to the fact that i have several values in my inputs from workspace ( more than a thousand) and some are similar and are not monotonically increasing values must be see exemple INPUTS:[1 1.1 1.15 1. 0.9 0.95 0.85 1 1.35 1.1...] OUTPUTS:[ 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 ....]. The original look up table given to me by my teacher is like this INPUTS:[0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7] outputs:[0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0] To overcome the firts error i defined the original lookup table in matlab editor executes and displayed it in the workspace, but when i test i got this message error 'test_GGKR/From Workspace': Error using ==> horzcat All matrices on a row in the bracketed expression must have the same number of rows. Its due to the fact that i have thousands of values coming from workspace while my lookup table got 8 data.
