Pls-00302: Component 'set_no_outlines' Must Be Declared
a 10g database, I have this error message (see at the pls-00302 component must be declared bottom). Anybody knows what it is ? I'm using Windows 2000 et a 10g Client. Please check for its permissions (roles/priveleges).
