When I look under COMPUTER, I see this: Local Disk (C:) DVD RW Drive (D:) Elements (F:) - this is my external HD Norton Backup Drive - I disabled this a long time ago because I use the external HD I used to have an (E:) Drive where the external HD was, but it just vanished one day and by itself the external HD went to the (F:) Drive. Open http://avg.com/avg-rescue-cd and burn it to a disc using another PC. Then boot from this disc, and do an AV scan. geek 2013-05-18 13:11:22 UTC #13 Have you tried disabling Quick Heal? Does the problem continue? File access errors are often the result of lousy antivirus... I have never heard of that software. xhi 2
