I have installed Drupal 7 on my site. Whenever I install a module and tries to access the module's configure page after enabling the module, it leads me http://drupal.stackexchange.com/questions/41669/500-server-error-on-clear-cache to simply /admin/config page without showing the option for that particular module configuration. sometimes when I do a clear cache the problem gets resolved and then I can access the module's config page. but sometime after installing a module, clear cache gives Internal Server Error 500 .. also I tried to flush the cache manually by making a php file into / directory with the following code: but this also gives Error 500. When I disable the installed module, clear cache works as usual... please help me. 7 caching share|improve this question edited Jan 14 '13 at 12:58 kiamlaluno♦ 66.4k897191 asked Sep 4 '12 at 18:07 Deepak 5429 closed as too broad by kiamlaluno♦ Mar 9 at 6:06 There are either too many possible answers, or good answers would be too long for this format. I just added a few changes and I did: git pull php app/console assets:install web php app/console assetic:dump --env=prod --no-debug and then tried to clear cache. Are you using minifying somehow? It is sometimes using a lot of resources and can be worth being done on the dev computer and sent to the production server after (for example if you use a cheap vps, you'll probably have this problem...) –cheesemacfly Oct 21 '13 at 19:30 I'm dumping my bundle's files with a few little changes. It has worked for me since a few months ago. I'm minifying js and css files with yui compressor. 15 euros every month is cheap for you? –Manolo Oct 21 '13 at 19:38 Sorry! I had a mistake in the question. The clear cache command was not right. Updated –Manolo Oct 21 '13 at 19:40 Yeah, by cheap I mean small configuration (and this is what I used and I have had the issue before...). Probably worth trying @nifr solution, but if you run out of memory, just run the process on your dev computer and send the output to the server (I know it's a bit painful but that's the only solution I came up with) –cheesemacfly Oct 21 '13 at 19:42 1 @n.1 - I've tried without success. Seems that I get the same error in a commit where I hadn't before. The thing is that if I clear cache in development mode it works: php app/console cache:clear.
