Xcode Cannot Find Header File From Framework
that the include folder is set in the project properties ? –Manos Nikolaidis Sep 27 '15 at 22:39 yes, I am able to see the files in Project properties->general-> linked frameworks –Lax Sep 28 '15 at 15:06 add a comment| 1 Answer 1 active oldest votes up vote 0 down vote Fixed it Select the project in the navigation panel and select target to TechEFB, Then switch to "Build Settings" tab. Goto "Search paths” -> “User Header Search Paths" Double click the value and add the following paths of the library or file: /Users/Lax/Documents/MyProj/subfolder/Libraries/Clucene/include/shared /Users/Lax/Documents/MyProj/subfolder/Libraries/Clucene/include/core NOTE: this is an absolute path. You will need to change the first part to find where your Xcode project is and replace the path. In the same page, click on ALL option, search for “Bitcode”. Xcode will filter the options for you. Set “Enable Bitcode” to NO share|improve this answer answered Oct 29 '15 at 14:53 Lax 236 add a comment| Your Answer draft saved draft discarded Sign up or log in Sign up using Google Sign up using Facebook Sign up using Email and Password Post as a guest Name Email Post as a guest Name Email discard By pos

I have some experience with Eclipse and C++/Qt. I generated a new C-project and imported a lot of files from another project. The new project contains subfolders with many include files, e.g. "operat_cfunc/include". During build I get errors "no such file or directory" for every include statement, but not for #include "error.h". The header file error.h is located in the same subfolder as the others where I get the errors from. In the project properties I have added all the pathes for all folders with header files, e.g. "operat_cfunc/include". With my C++/Qt programs I never had such a problem. Here a project file *.pro was generated automatically with all the header files and pathes. This project file does not exist in my C project. I guess, anywhere a path setting is missing, but where? Any tips are welcome ----------------------------> It was no missing path setting. Eclipse seems to be quite strict with C-projects where the files are located. After generating the project there are two folders, "src" and "includes". All source files shall be within folder src and all header files within folder includes. Then Eclipse can find the header files. Setting different pathes in properties is not accepted Nikosch [Updated on: Mon, 06 December 2010 08:02]Report message to a moderator Re: include files not found [message #642590 is a reply to mes
