I am able to find lame-3.99.5-1.el6.rf.x86_64.rpm and lame-libs-3.98.4-1.el6.nux.x86_64.rpm but installing these are not solving the problem. I am not able to find libmp3lame rpm to install. Can anyone help me here? If the latest version fails, report the problem to the ffmpeg-user@ffmpeg.org mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.freenode.net. Include the log file "config.log" produced by configure as this will help solve the problem. ffmpeg share|improve this question edited Mar 11 at 10:39 Martin 5,81452458 asked Mar 11 at 10:13 Prasad Revanaki 5018 Are you following a guide/tutor

make
make installI 3 not found then went and tried to install ffmpeg using the following option:Code: Select all./configure --enable-gpl --enable-libmp3lame --disable-yasm --enable-static --disable-sharedSubsequently, I received the following error:ERROR: libmp3lame >= 3.98.3 not foundIf you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latestversion from Git. If the latest version fails, report the problem to theffmpeg-user@ffmpeg.org mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.freenode.net.Include the log file "config.log" produced by configure as this will helpsolving the problem. The config.log file shows the issue happens when the configure script is looking for the libmp3lame library:check_lib lame/lame.h lame_set_VBR_quality -lmp3lamecheck_header lame/lame.hcheck_cppBEGIN /tmp/ffconf.lHUyXISc.c 1 #include
