The software was originally working but now the USB is unable to find the driver. Device manager shows: This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)All software has been uninstalled and reinstalled but this has not helped.Tested the dongle on a seperate laptop and this works fine but not on a PC.
