during this current beta season, and have registered my devices, but am now getting the same error on both of them. Try downloading the latest ipsw of the released version and then restore by entering your phone into DFU mode. It worked for me.To enter DFU mode-https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5269891Enjoy.. Using this DFU technique, I was able to restore both the iPhone and iPad to the release version of iOS (8.4.1) and then upgrate them to 9.1 with no issues.
