August 2014Knowledge Base / Linux / CentOS Fix PHP Class 'DOMDocument' not foundThe PHP DOMDocument class can be used to parse and fetch HTML or XML document parts, however, as I have recently discovered it does not come standard on CentOS (6.5 in my case) in the php-common package install. To fix this problem simply install the php-xml package: # yum install php-xmlOr, if using a specific PHP 5.x package use something like: # yum install php55w-xml Then, restart Apache: # service httpd restartNow, the DOMDocument PHP class should work in PHP.
