I have no problem copying cell values from the first workbook to the 2nd, but I get an 'object required' error when I attempt to copy the text box. Can you check if the ActiveWorkbook/ActiveSheet isn't xlw? I think that if lgCreateProject is no, you are trying to unload your form and it hasn't been loaded yet, since you only load it if there is a yes.
