I still get the message as before. Outlook appears to download the email, but does not show in read pane. There is message: Message cannot be displayed in the read pane. Open item to view. Clicking on the email in the Inbox list brings the famous OLE error message. I have laptop with XP Pro and it came with Office 2007 pre-installed. I installed Office 2003 over the top, but it was sluggish.
