The program is not correctly installed. Run setup again for the program. I personally received this error message when selecting the Send/Receive button. To try to fix this problem, perform the following steps. Close Outlook. Hold ole registration down the Windows Key and press "R" to bring up the Windows Run dialog box. Type "regsvr32 ole32.dll" and select "OK". In some cases, you may need to type "regsvr32 %windir%\system32\ole32.dll". You should get a response that says the registration succeeded. Select "OK" and try Outlook again. If the error message still appears, try the following: Note: You may lose some data or settings. Close Outlook.
